المواصفات البدنية والتقنية للاعبي كرة القدم ودورها في تشخيص الموهبة عند فئة اقل من15سنة

Résumé

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى حصر أهم المواصفات البدنية والتقنية التي تميز أحسن اللاعبين  في كرة القدم في فئة اقل من 15سنة، قصد الاعتماد عليها في عملية تشخيص المواهب، ومن أجل ذلك استخدمنا بطارية من الاختبارات ضمت قياسات الطول والوزن، 08 اختبارات بدنية(سرعة، قوة رشاقة، مداومة) واختبارين تقنيين اثنين (سرعة المراوغة ودقة التمرير) على عينة من 49 لاعباً بمتوسط عمر 14.37سنة من فئة U15 منهم 21 لاعباً نخبوياً و28 غيرنخبوي.

 

L’objectif  de cette étude était de cerner les facteurs  clés qui caractérisent  les meilleurs joueurs en football et qui pourraient être utilisés dans l’identification du talent .Pour cela nous avons procédé à l’application d’une batterie de tests, dont 02 mesures anthropométriques(poids et taille) , 08 tests physiques (vitesse sur 10,20,40,30m lancé, agilité, souplesse, force explosive en utilisant le test du SJ et CMJ et test d’endurance aérobie) et 02 tests techniques(dribble et passe) sur un échantillon de 49 joueurs avec une moyenne d’âge de 14.37 ans,  de deux niveaux différents (élite et non élite).
