%A بلعربي, عبدالحفيظ %D 2016 %T اقتصاديات البيوتكنولوجيا: خفاء وعبث معركة تلوث %K %X قد تتسآل ماذا بالعشاء اوالغذاء وليس هل أعد الغذاء او العشاء؟؟؟ وقد يتطاول سؤالك ليشمل جرعات دوائك وتركيبة عطرك او معجون اسنانك والقائمة تطول... تلك هي خفايا معركة تلوث مقبلة مدبرة مع جحافيل اقتصاديات صناعة البيوتكنولوجيا بريادة العلامات المسجلة لمبتكرات المنشآت متعددة الجنسيات.يتطرق هذا البحث للتعريف باقتصاديات البيوتكنولوجيا وتحديد عرض منتوجات اهم منشآت القطاع. يتعرض البحث للصراع القائم بين منشآت الاعمال بصناعة البيوتكنولجيا والتنافس الشرس بينها والذي قد يصل الفصل في قضاياه الى معارك  بأروقة منظمة التجارة العالمية في تحيز, كالعادة, لا يخدم مصالح الدول النامية. كما يعالج البحث المعركة الخفية لانتاج منتوجات زراعية  وبذور محددة التصنيف تحد من التنوع الغذائي التقليدي للمناطق , وهي منتوجات معدلة وراثيا  تحمل تلاعبات في تركيبتها الجينية, لا يمكن تسميتها الا بمنتوجات "فرنكنشتانية" ملوثة تحمل اضرارا صحية وبيئية ما عرف منها أهون مما جهل منها, وبسياسة تعميم استغلالها ضمن آلية احتكار محكم  لشركات متعددة الجنسيات تمتد من مرحلة انتاج البذور الى مرحلة انتاج المحصول وتسويقه.   Biotechnology industry is loaded with controversial issues regarding the hidden battle of new forms of  pollution envisaged in the agricultural sector in  which the industry is operating. Most importantly, are the newly apparent health problems  related to its genetically altered products and the nature of monopolistic market power within which the biotechnology industry is developing. The paper aims at addressing the issues of biotechnology economics with respect to the supply of the industry, the market structure and the engendered price formation of the industry are discussed, where some firms are resolving  their problems within the WTO coulisses at the detriment of developing countries interests.
