النقل و أهميته في التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة
Résumé
يعتبر النقل من أهم القطاعات التي تساهم في تأدية مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية، و يمثل كذلك أحد الوسائل العملية التي لها دور فاعل في ربط و تقريب المناطق و الجهات الجغرافية، فضلا عن مساهمته في امتصاص عدد كبير من اليد العاملة. لذلك، فإنه ينظر إلى النقل من خلال هذا المقال على أنه دعامة أساسية للتنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة خصوصا عندما تتخذ السلطات العمومية التدابير العملية المحسنة للتقليل من تأثيراته السلبية.

Transport has been seen as an indispensable component of the economy; and plays a major role in spatial relations between locations; it also absorbs a huge number of workers. For these reasons, this article considers transport as a crucial support to the sustainable economic development especially if public authorities apply the best measures to diminish its externalities.
