Résumé

:    تستعمل العديد من دول العالم نمو الناتج  الداخلي الخام كمؤشر أساسي للتنمية و للازدهار الاقتصادي، إلا أن هناك العديد من الدول التي  لم تستطع ضمان مستوى معيشي لائق لغالبية سكانها سواء على مستوى التغطية الصحية أو المستوى التعليمي، بالرغم من تحقيها معدلات مرتفعة للناتج  الداخلي الخام .

  هذا الواقع دفع بظهور العديد من الاتجاهات التي ترى أن الناتج الداخلي الخام هو وسيلة لجعل التنمية في خدمة البشر و ليس غاية في حد ذاته، و هو ما تجسد نظرية التنمية البشرية

Abstract :

Many countries use GDP growth as their main indicator of development and economic prosperity. However, some of these countries have had relatively high GDPs, yet they do not guarantee the majority of their populations a decent standard of living that provides medical coverage and a decent level of education. This requires the design of new directions that now make GDP a means to put development at the service of man and no longer an objective to achieve. This is the object of human development.
