تسعى هذه املقالة لتحليل موضوع يف غاية احلساسية لالمن القومي اجلزائري وهو مترد الطوارق يف مشال مايل وما ينعكس عنه من خماطر. لذلك فستتناول املقالة اربع عناصر اساسية وهي اوال انشغال الدبلوماسيةة اجلزائرية ابالزمة االمنية يف مشال مايل. مث تقدمي مراجعة اترخيية ملشكل الطوارق لفهمه من جذوره. مث التفصيل يف الوساطة اجلزائرية وحماولة حتليل اهافها وابعاها ونقد اوجه القصور فيها وخمتلف الصعوابت الذاتية واملوضوعية اليت تواجه هذه الوساطة ميدانيا. ويف االخري،سنحاول استشراف مستقبل الوساطة الدبلواسية اجلزائرية يف ازمة مشال مايل كلمات مفتاحية: الدبلوماسية اجلزائرية، األزمات ، الطوارق، مشال مايل. Abstract : This article seeks to analyze a topic very sensitive to Algerian national security, which is the Tuareg rebellion in northern Mali, and its implications. Therefore, the article will address four basic elements, first of which is the preoccupation of Algerian diplomacy with the security crisis in northern Mali. Then present a historical review of the Tuareg problem to understand it from its roots. Then detail the Algerian mediation and try to analyze its aims and consequences and criticize its shortcomings and the various subjective and objective difficulties that face this mediation in the field.
