السياسة اخلارجية لالحتاد األورويب كقوة عظمى/ كربى يف النظام العاملي

Abstract

ملخص: هناك جدل كبري بنب الباحثني حول اعتبار االحتاد األورويب قوة كربى/أو عظمى يف النظام العاملي، وحول طببيعته وعالقاته وتفاعالته كفاعل ضمن وحدات البيئة الدولية، وبني من يقرون بقوة االحتاد ااألورويب االقتصادية لكنهم يشككون يف امكانياته العسكرية وقدرته على جتميع طاقاته يف منصة واحدة بعيدا عن مظلة احللف األطلسي وهيمنة الوالايت املتحدة األمريكية. ينصرف بعض الباحثني إىل أن القوة احلقيقية لالحتاد األورويب إضافة للقوة العسكرية واالقصادية هي ابألساس قوة معيارية انعمة مستمدة من القيم اإلنسانية واملدنية. كلمات مفتاحية: السياسة اخلارجية، اإلحتاد األورويب، النظام العاملي. Abstract : There is a great deal among researchers who consider the European Union as a great power or superpower in the global system, and about its nature, relations, and interactions as an actor within the international environment units, and between those who acknowledge the economic strength of the European Union but are skeptical of its military capabilities and its ability to pool its energies on one platform away from the umbrella NATO and the hegemony of the United States of America. Some researchers disagree that the true strength of the European Union, in addition to its military and economic power, is primarily a normative and soft power derived from human and civil values.
