Abstract: The study high lights the implications of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic for the functional structure of the state in each Morocco and Tunisia,reveal the most striking social,health and economic challenges they have posed by the pandemic.in parallel The study monitors the most important preventive policies adopted by the moroccan and tunisian authorities and in partnership with other social and economic actors to mitigate and minimize the consequences of the pandemic and finally,the lessons learned and the various measures and alternatives proposed to mitigate the consequences of the pandemic.
