مشاركة الأسرة للمدرسة وتكامل العلاقة بينهما

الملخص:

لن تستطيع المدرسة أن تنهض بأعبائها وواجباتها على وجه حسن إلا في ظل تعاون وثيق مع الأسرة التي هي المؤسسة التربوية الأولى للطفل، وتعتبر الأسرة من أهم المؤسسات المجتمعية التي يمكن أن تقيم علاقة شراكة مع المدرسة، حيث أن الآباء هم المسئولون بالدرجة الأولى عن أبنائهم ويعملون لصالحهم أولاً وأخيراً، فالآباء يلعبون دورا محوريا مع المعلمين في عملية تعلم أبنائهم، وعندما يعملون سوياً بإخلاص وفاعلية وبتخطيط سليم فإنهم لا شك يسهمون في تحقيق الأهداف المدرسية.

وتتجلى أهمية هذه المقالة في معرفة أهمية مشاركة الأسرة في العملية التربوية واستكشاف المعوقات التي تحد من هذا التعاون، كذلك محاولة رصد بعض التجارب والاقتراحات التي تساهم في تفعيل مشاركة الأسرة للمدرسة.

Abctract ;

The school will not be able to play its role well only in cooperation with the family which is the educational institution's first child however the family is the most important community institutions that can evolve relationship with a school where the parents are responsible primarily for their children and their studding Parents play a pivotal role with teachers in their children's learning process and when they work together sincerely effectiveness and with proper planning they can achieve the aims of school.

The importance of this article to find out the extent of family participation in the educational process and the obstacles that limit exploration of this cooperation as well as trying to look for some of the experiences and  give suggestions that contribute to activating the participation of the family to the school.
