REDEFINING INNOVATION IN THE ALGERIAN HIGHER EDUCATION

إن الضرورة التي يفرضها العالم الجديد من حيث انتشار تقنيات الاتصال المعلوماتية و التكنولوجية أدت إلى زيادة الحاجة إلى تحسين الاحترافية العملية و تطوير طرائق التعليم الكلاسيكية هدا التغيير يعتمد أساسا على التفكير الإبداعي و الابتكار في ظل تراجع نوعية التعليم في كافة المستويات و لأسباب مختلفة
هده الوضعية أدت إلى طرح بعض التساؤلات حول إعادة النضر في السياسات التعليمية المناهج و استعمال التكنولوجية الحديثة في العملية التعليمية
يتضمن هدا المقال بحثا حول أهم ركائز التغيير في مجال التعليم نذكر منها التعليم السياقي تطوير الاحترافية العملية استعمال التقنيات الحديثة و إعداد المناهج و إصلاحها
يشمل هدا البحث كذلك على بعض الاقتراحات في نفس المجالات و التي تتماشى مع خصوصية الجامعة الجزائرية موجهة لأصحاب القرار و ممارسي المهنة
ABSTARCT:
Nowadays, the need for acquiring and developing new professional skills for teachers and the revival of learners’ enthusiasm for learning is imminent to be at the forefront of this new exigent world, a world of communication, information and technology dominance where the old classical trends in education started to expire. The actual context has resulted in raising many issues about the effectiveness of the educational policy, professional development and the integration of technology in the teaching process. This paper includes an exploration of the major areas of innovation in the domain of education including contextualization of learning and teaching, professional development, integration of media and finally, curriculum design and implementation. A new change based on creative thinking and innovation, two major notions for the continuity and development of the teaching/learning process. The paper ends with some suggestions about the concerned areas of change to be invested and concreticized in the context of the Algerian university for policy makers and practitioners of the domain.
