سنتناول في هذه الدراسة كتاب "القسمة وأصول الأرضين" للعالم والمفكر الإباضي
الكبير أبو العباس احمد بن بكر الفرسطائي )ت 405 ه/ 1110 م(، الذي قضى شبابه طلبا
للعلم على يد أئمة عصره ببلاد المغرب، وكرس حياته وتعليما وتأليفا للعديد من
المؤلفات،التي نال بها ثناء المفكرين والمؤرخين، بالخصو هذا الكتاب الذي عع من صاحبه
أشهر مفكري فقه العمارة والعمران الإسلامي ببلاد المغرب الأدنى والأوسط، وتطورهما
بالبيئة الإباضية على الخصو ، و سنتحدث في هذا المقال بنوع من التفصي عن محتوياته،
والموضوعات التي عالجها، و التي هي عبارة عن إعابات لقضايا وفتاوى عرضت عليه كانت
بمثابة المرآة لواقع الجبال والواحات خلال القرن الخامس الهجري الحادي عشر الميلادي وما
قبله، وبالخصو عمارة القصور الصحراوية، كما سنتطرق لمنهجه وأسلوبه في الكتابة من
خلال بعض الأمثلة والشواهد.
