التأصيل النظري للاستبدادية السياسية العربية بين سياسة الإقصاء للحركات الإسلامية ولحظة ميلاد الإرهاب

الملخص:
إن الثورات والاحتجاجات التي شهدتها وتشهدها العديد من الدول العربية، إن دلت فإنما تدل على الخلل الذي يكتنف طبيعة نظمها السياسية، والتي تتميز في غالبيتها بالانغلاق والتسلط، أو ما يسمى "بالاستبداد السياسي" بمختلف أشكاله وصوره، وتداعياته على الشعوب العربية.
كما أن هذا الحراك الشعبي يعبر عن درجة عالية من الكبت الذي تعيشه تلك الشعوب في مختلف الميادين، وكذا تأخر أو فشل مختلف عمليات "التنفيس السياسي" التي تديرها النخب الحاكمة والمتمثلة في إجراء بعض الإصلاحات السياسية والتي تبقى في معظمها شكلية لا تمس عمق الأزمة المجتمعية ولا ترقى لطموحات الأغلبية.
وعليه فالاستبداد السياسي يشكل حلقة من حلقات الصراع بين النخب السياسية الحاكمة ومختلف القوى السياسية والاجتماعية، خاصة الحركات الإسلامية التي ترى فيها تلك النخب البديل الحقيقي لها، فتلجأ إلى إقصاء أو احتواء البعض باستخدام آليات متعددة، الأمر الذي من شأنه تأجيج الصراع بين الطرفين وفتح بوابة العنف والإرهاب على مصراعيه، مما قد يؤدي على المدى المنظور إلى تأخير أو تعطيل ورشات الإصلاح السياسي في النظم السياسية العربية.

The revolutions and claims which took place in several Arab counters, and if it shows some thing , it shows the faults that contains the nature of their political methods which are characterized most of them of isolation and shed, or what is called ” the political tyranny ”.
And this popular movement shows with a high degree the repression that population lives in different political fields, social and economical … from one side ,and the delay and failure of the different attempts of “political venting” which has been directed by the selected rollers which are considered is political resolutions and reformations which still remains only forms and not touch the social crisis and people expectations.
So the political tyranny from a parties of the confliction between political parties and the different political and social forces, especially the Islamic movement which has been seen as the real alternative. So they go for the exclusion of some and takes some in their system by using security methods and ways which rises the conflict between the parts and feeds terrorism and violence, which makes the delay of resolutions and reformations in the Arab political system.
