تهدف هذه الورقة لمعالجة واحد من أعقد المواضيع في عملية صناعة القرار على مستوى النظم السياسية والمتمثل أساسا في الدور الذي تتبوؤه النخب العسكرية في العملية السياسية في الجزائر، حيث تثار إشكالية العلاقة بين السياسي والعسكري وانعكاس تدخل هذا الأخير على مسار العملية السياسية ومضمون القرارات الاستراتيجية وشكل النظام السياسي القائم.

Summary :

This paper aims to address one of the most complex topics in the process of decision-making on political systems level ; basis on the role of military elites in the political process in Algeria, where it found the problem of the relationship between the political and the military and the reflection of this latest intervention on the political process and the content of the strategic decisions and shape of the system political status.
