مجلس الأمن: الأدوار الجديدة في ظل التحولات الدولية الراهنة
Résumé
This paper attempts to examine the impact of international transformations occurring after the cold war to modern applications of the system of collective security with the security council in light of the new world order based on chapter seven of the charter, This is evident in the role of the Council through a series of crises such as the second Gulf crisis, Somalia, Bosnia, Libya and 1973, as well as in Syria. This reflects the extension of its mandate to international peace and security in response to new changes and activity.
The Council is therefore trying to consider the legitimacy of such practices in the light of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations. And whether it involves a customary development that responds to the rules of the new world ?order
