Résumé

تعتبر المؤسسة البرلمانية من اهم مؤسسات الدولة وسلطاتها التي تكرس مبدأ الديمقراطية وعرض مختلف انشغالات على السلطة السياسية وحلها، كما انها تمثل ارادة الجمهور في تلقي مختلف التشريعات والقوانين و مدى تقبله لها.

تعد التجربة التونسية من أهم التجارب التي شهدت حركية سياسية خاصة بعد تغيير نظام الحكم، حيث لعب البرلمان أهم الفواعل الاساسية في الحياة السياسية خاصة في طبيعة نظام الحكم البرلماني في تونس.

Abstract:

The parliamentary institution is one of the most important institutions of the state and its authorities, which devotes the principle of democracy and the presentation of various concerns to political power and resolve, and it represents the will of the public to receive various legislation and laws and acceptability to them.

The Tunisian experience is one of the most important experiences that witnessed political dynamism especially after the change of government. Parliament played the most important elements in political life .
