دور البنى الفكرية والمؤسساتية للتنمية السياسية في تحديث الدول النامية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على دور البنى الفكرية والمؤسساتية للتنمية السياسية في تحديث الدول النامية، من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم التنمية السياسية، ثم تناول البنى الفكرية ( الايدولوجيا الليبرالية، الاشتراكية، القومية للدول النامية)، وذلك من أجل التعرف على طبيعة الايديولوجيا التي تبنتها الدول النامية بعد استقلالها، والتي كانت في الغالب مزيج بين ايديولوجيتها القومية ( الخصوصية)، والايديولوجيا الليبرالية أو الاشتراكية، لنعرج بعد ذلك على دور التعبئة الاجتماعية في توجيه الرأي العام نحو سياسة معينة للنظام السياسي، وكذا التطرق إلى التعبير السياسي المؤسساتي، النابع من المؤسسات الغير الرسمية كالأحزاب السياسية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والإعلام، ودوره المشاركاتي إلى جانب النظام السياسي في صنع السياسة العامة، بالإضافة إلى العلاقة والتأثير المتبادل بينهما، وفي الأخير تناولنا طبيعة البنى المؤسساتية، أي النظام السياسي ومؤسساته الرسمية.

abstract
This study aims to shed light on the role of intellectual and institutional structures for political development in the modernization of developing countries, by addressing the concept of political development, and then eating the intellectual structures (ideology of liberalism, socialism, nationalism developing countries), in order to identify the nature of the ideology adopted by developing countries after independence, which was mostly a mix between a nationalist ideology (Privacy), the ideology of liberalism or socialism, the tiger after that the role of social mobilization in shaping public opinion about a particular policy of the political system, As well as to address the institutional political expression, stemming from non-official institutions such as political parties and civil society organizations, media, and its role as well as the political system in the making of public policy, in addition to the relationship and mutual influence between them, and at last we dealt with the nature of the institutional structures, any of the political system and its official institutions.
