منطقة آمنة في سوريا"كآلية لحماية الأمن القومي التركي في مواجهة التنظيمات الإرهابية - داعش نموذجا-

تشكل الدولة الإسلامية باعتبارها تنظيم إرهابي تأسس في بلاد العراق والشام، والذي اشتهر إعلاميا باسم تنظيم داعش، تهديدا للأمن الدولي والإقليمي على حد سواء، حيث ظهر هذا التنظيم في العراق بداية ثم امتد إلى باقي دول المنطقة خاصة سوريا كخلايا سرطانية، تهدد بشكل متزايد دولتهم الأساسية(العراق)، والدول التي نفذوا إليها ونشطوا فيها، بالإضافة إلى الدول المجاورة.
ظلت تركيا باعتبارها دولة مجاورة للمنطقة التي انطلق منها داعش،تواجه خطرا متزايدا يهدد أمنها على العديد من المستويات، ففي عامي 2014-2016 فقد حوالي 159 شخص تركي حياتهم، بسبب هذه الهجمات التي تنفذها عناصر إرهابية،لعل أشهرها تفجيرات 10 أكتوبر في أنقرة، وانفجار 20 جويلية، والذي خلف 102 و33 حالة وفات على التوالي، الأمر الذي سلط الضوء على التهديدات الإرهابية المتزايدة في تركيا.كنتيجة لذلك نجد بأن السياسة الخارجية التركية في الآونة الأخيرة،ركزت على القضايا الناشئة في محيطها الإقليمي، والتي باتت تهدد أمنها القومي بصفة مباشرة، وفي مقدمة هذه القضايا تمدد داعش على طول حدودها مع سوريا، لذلك عملت تركيا وبالتنسيق مع حلفائها على وضع إستراتيجية جديدة سمية "خلق المنطقة الآمنة" بهدف طرد داعش من شمال سوريا، ما من شأنه تخفيف تهديدات التنظيم وهجماته في تركيا، وتخفيف عبئ تدفق اللاجئين إليها.
Abstract:
Islamic State represents as a terrorist organization that was established in the country of Iraq and the Levant, which became famous in the media on behalf of al Daesh, a threat to international and regional security alike, where this organization emerged in Iraq, the beginning and then spread to the rest of the region, especially Syria as cancerous cells, a threat is increasingly state basic (Iraq), and the countries that carried them were active and which, in addition to neighboring countries.Turkey remained as a neighboring country of the region, which Daesh began his activity, is facing a growing threat to security on many levels, in the years 2014-2016 was about 159 Turkish people their lives, because of these attacks by terrorist elements, perhaps the most famous of October 10 bombings in Ankara, the July 20 explosion, which left 102 and 33 cases and rolls in a row, which highlighted the growing terrorist threat in Turkey..
As a result, we find that the Turkish foreign policy in recent times, focused on emerging issues in the regional environment, which is now threatening its national security directly, and in the forefront of these issues extends Daesh along its border with Syria, so Turkey has worked in coordination with its allies to develop a new strategy toxicity "creating safe area" in order to expel Daesh from northern Syria, what would ease the regulatory threats and attacks in Turkey, and ease the burden of the refugee influx.
