التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري بين الجزائر ودول إفريقيا خارج مجال المحروقات: الفرص والتحديات

Résumé

يبحث هذا المقال في فرص وتحديات تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري بين الجزائر ودول إفريقيا خارج مجال المحروقات. انطلاقا من توفر الجزائر على إمكانات ضخمة مادية وبشرية في العديد من القطاعات الاقتصادية المنتجة تؤهلها لأن تكون في طليعة الدول المصنعة والمصدرة إفريقيا، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى لما توفره دول إفريقيا من فرص استثمارية وسوق استهلاكية كبيرة وواعدة. شرط وجود رؤية استراتيجية، اقتصادية وتجارية، واضحة، محددة، ومدروسة لدى صانعي القرار في الجزائر.

        Abstract :

        This article examines the opportunities and challenges of enhancing economic and trade cooperation between Algeria and African countries outside the hydrocarbons sector. In view of the availability of huge physical and human resources in many productive economic sectors, Algeria is able to be at the forefront of the industrialized and exporting countries of Africa, on the one hand, on the other, because Africa provides investment opportunities and a large consumer market. Provided that a strategic, economic and trade vision is clear, specific and studied by decision-makers in Algeria.
