بناء أنموذج لحوكمة التحالفات الأستراتيجية دراسة نوعية غير تفاعلية

Résumé

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء أنموذج لحوكمة التحالفات الاستراتيجية بين المنظمات. في محاولة للتصدي للمشكلة التي شخصتها الدراسة الحالية والمتمثلة : بمحدودية إن لم تكن ندرة التحالفات الاستراتيجية بين المنظمات و/أو فشلها بأعمار مبكرة بسبب غياب الحوكمة التي تضمن حقوق أصحاب المصالح كافة .وأستخدم المنهج النوعي غير التفاعلي عن طريق تحليل المحتوى للادبيات والدراسات المتخصصة وبالاعتماد على وحدة ( الفكرة) في تحديد الاليات والممارسات والمسؤوليات الملائمة لبناء الانموذج وكذلك تحديد المتحصلات من وراء بناء هذا الانموذج . وقدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات ؛ كان أبرزها ، ضرورة بناء جسور الثقة بين اطراف التحالف عبر تأسيس ثقافة التعاون و عقد ورش متعددة بين أطراف التحالف قبل وفي اثناء وبعد اتمام المهمات للتقويم والتطوير.

Abstract

The current study has aimed at building a model for the governance of strategic alliances between the organizations. In attempting to overcome the problem that the current study diagnoses represented in: limitation, that were not rarity, of the strategic alliances between organizations in differences in their types and activities and/or their failure in early lifetime due to the lack of governance which organizes the approach of these alliances, determines the mechanisms, practices and responsibilities among the involved parties in alliance and ensure the rights of all stakeholders. The non-interactive qualitative approach has been used through the content analysis of literatures and specialized studies, relying on uniting (The Theme) in determining the appropriate mechanisms, practices and responsibilities to build a model as well as determining the proceeds from building this model. The study has provided a number of recommendations; the most important, necessity of creating confidence among the alliance parties through creating a cooperative culture .And holding many workshops among the alliance group before and during and after accomplishing the tasks for evaluating and developing.
