تهدف الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء وابراز دور التسيير الاداري في الرياضة المدرسية، اذ تعتبر هذه الاخيرة من ابرز الانشطة التي تستقطب التلاميذ وتستهويهم، ولهذا فهي تحتاج الى ان تكون اكثر تنظيما وتسييرا من خلال وجود طاقم يسير الرياضة المدرسية، فالتسيير الإداري له مكانة هامة في تطوير الرياضة المدرسية وهياكلها المختلفة المتمثلة في التنظيمات الجهوية والتي تشمل كل من الاتحادية الجزائرية للرياضة المدرسية والرابطات الولائية للرياضة المدرسية، والجمعيات الرياضية المدرسية، حيث لكل منها هيكل مهام خاص بها.
